Refund policy

We hope Verity Letters brings enjoyment and inspiration to your life. It is our mission to do everything we possibly can to make your subscription a pleasant experience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a letter damaged through the mail, contact us and we will send you a new letter free of charge.

If you have not received your letter within 30 days, contact us and a new letter will be sent free of charge.

 

Refund Policy

If you are charged for a purchase you did not want, charged double for a single subscription, or charged twice in one month for a monthly subscription contact us with a receipt or evidence of charge, and we will give you a full refund of the extra charge.

If you have not received your letter or have received a damaged one and wish to cancel your subscription, a refund will be available upon request. For a monthly subscription, a 25% refund will be given for the missed letter. For a yearly subscription, a 25% refund will be given for the total amount paid during the current subscription year. 

You can cancel your subscription free of charge at any time. A canceled subscription does not guarantee a refund. Refunds for a canceled subscription are only administered upon request and must meet the criteria of not receiving a letter or receiving a damaged letter. A request must be made within 30 days of a canceled subscription. 

Due to the nature of our Sermon Notes, refunds will not be given for digital and downloadable products. 

All refunds will be charged back to the method of payment they were bought with.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
